I can't believe it has been almost two years since the last posting which ha ha claims Heath Ledger was murdered posted by Heath Ledger? Okay if you were murdered are you posting this via satelitte via heaven , hell or in between? Hmm waiting for your reply Heath.

i will be honest. It is real hard to get these kind of places to answer in a timely manner, i. e. the internet would be best and quickest form of response but I feel they usually take their time and deliver via snail mail or if you prefer US mail, it's up to you.

Maybe they prefer US mail over email. It just takes longer to hear from them and then you have to sit back, kick back and wait patiently for their reply.

And patience is not one of my better virtues.

this is new and hot off the blogsphere! over a week ago I sent out a letter to the NYC Department of Mental Health and Hygiene and also a copy of Heath Ledger's online print-out of his Death Transcript of what I would have referred to as his death certificate of which they call a transcript. Of which I had asked the privilage to know if this is his authentic death transcript or death certificate.

I am still waiting to hear word from them and will keep you posted as soon as I do hear from them.

Heath Ledger is alive!

 Ithis is new and hot off the blogsphere!  i have in my possession now Dr Z's Medical Report on Heath Ledger's inconclusive autopsy report: and as it states:  he couldn't find what went wrong with Heath and how did Heath Ledger die. And this is documented as way back to Jan 29. 2008. But Heath died on Jan 22 2008. I have also uncovered different and biased dates and times of his death. Being that in latter part of Jan and even Feb.

UpDate: I am now waiting to just hear word from nycs Health and Mental Hygiene as I may be ordered to send them a fax or snail mail way Heath Ledger's Death Transcript. I had pulled it up out of a google source and made prints and also PDF files on it.

I am truly baffled. This is the most hardest case ever to unravel. Dead. Or not. Forged Death certificate or authentic?I need to further this by going on the FBI and making print-outs on the FOIA forms and applications.

this is new and hot off the blogsphere! in this blogosphere world they can come and then they can go, I am still back on from time-to-time and u are probably by now asking why. Well maybe you care enough to find out new updates on Heath Ledger. I tried looking up on website findagrave.com and no I do not know if it is a trusted site  or what, but when I keyed in Heaths name, both first and last, it came up this way: sorry but we couldn't find any posts to match your request.

And also I am waiting patiently for at least now-unknown until I can fully trust it, site about aussie graves, to hear what someone who is in the know may be able to relate back to me the address, city, county Heath was allegedly buried. I am extremely busy as I am now thoroughly underway working on my research about T-Rex's bang a gong Marc Bolan his career and untimely death along with other interests such as my own art and I am now become involved in the world of  photography.

Pretty soon, when I cannot tell u yet, but I will be adding newer posts on heath Ledger, while (of course) keeping the others.

life without heath, alive or dead....

this is new and hot off the blogsphere!  I have never been positive that Heath Ledger faked his death. One would wonder why. I mean look at all the others from Jim Morrison down to Elvis Presley. Alive or just hiding out too tired of the fame blame game. The paparazzis always after them, well after all they aren't like us. They are different.


          But I have never been truthfully sure that Heath L could be really alive. I have uncovered no real true evidence of his being alive or dead for that matter, not that I really strove to the way other bloggers might have tried to.




        I also wanted you to figure it out and bare witness of his passing. His life lived in the fast lane, his flame flickered hot then burnt out way too soon.


Of course as you know I have been absent for awhile as I am sure that although you are still his fans just like I, but truth be told, we all need to move on and upwards. If Heath is alive I can only wish him well and yes his death still hurts and haunts me. Like anyone who dies too young, I bleed, still.




           But I do believe he could be dead as I pray for his soul and also pray hoestly that he did fake his death and someday real soon he will resurface on the face of our planet, that is tottering to close to the brink of eternity itself.




How many more blue moons do we all have as well. No one knows for sure.


But as I bring this blogging post to a close indefineatly; @ least until I may uncover some evidence he is truly alive and well, I am going to put this aside until further notice. I may resurface again someday who knows maybe real soon.




        If he is alive maybe I will be the one writer who will be able to tag a video-taped interview from his reemergence into the liveasphere.




I can only hope that he may have faked his death for whatever purpose he so chose to do so.

It was just announced oncontactmusic a great website, I subscribe to, word has it that the apartment Heath used to live in on Broome Street NYC, Greenwich Village, (section of) NYC, NY----is now under renovations and up for sale. Okay here we goooo....call Matt Damon or Johnny Depp cause @ asking price of what new landlords or older landlords will want they will have to call on the big rich boys of Hollywood.
Fame has its fortune as well as price.

     Or they(the meduimn) can allow me to stay for a few months and rid apartment big loft from Heath L's ghost for free (of course) and all that ends well, well they may be able to sell it or rent it! ding Dang! why didn't they think of that?!?

More than 2 years has past since word of Heath Ledger's passing and so it goes, today, I checked out the once-upon-a-time defunct blogspot that used to read heath ledger is still not dead, still not dead, still not dead, you get my lit drift alright, then it was called heath ledger is dead, he's gone, he's an exjoker, ok for those of you out there still holding your breath: if this is truly the heath we know whom was an actor and not just some fakeroorio, then I ask u how can heath l be dead and or murdered if he is the one whom is posting these articles and blogs> I am still waiting patiently for word from this heath ledger person since I have friended him and fanned him, is all up in the air.

in the very beginning of this unique and baffling case I had suspected he had been murdered, a classic case: his life insurance policy is reason enough to be led to believe such! Now I am thinkin if this is Heath Ledger and he is alive, then he is a much better joker with way too many jokes up his sleeve.

what do i have to do? become a private eye just to unravel if he is alive and the ifs and and whys and how-to-fake-your death when ur famous and get away with it!

I am gonna look more deeper into those clues heath has had posted Sunday October 23 or is it 24, 2010, it was the early afternoon he had posted. I think I may be onto something, but then who knows, maybe I think too much or are too quick to jump at the conclusions when there are still pieces missing from the puzzle to try and rearrange and rework the puzzle, much less put the puzzle together completely.

Who is to say? I mean it paints a pretty fantastic and surreal picture, an a-list actor portraying a gay guy in movie Brokeback Mountain should have had better things to do than to fake his own death?

         A little after word of heath's death was all over: I got word from a certain source, that heath ledger is not dead ,not dead, not dead, etc. you get my drift.

The more I read of this blog the more it did make sense. strange everything surrounding his death: life insurance policy, people who gathered around his broome street apartment the day before? I have never heard of such a thing! Did he tell his neighbors things were afloating for tomorrow. to be on the look-out? Then later the creamation? what gives? In this world, who is to tell. I will be very honest, I have heard Heath has aspirations of being a director, and this banksy I spoke of is in a indie film and a real good one if you ask me about artisits taking not the easy way out to put out their artwork, casue in point: heath also an artist and a photographer.

I am pleased as punch to report these new and exciting developments for you the Heath Fans and my followers:  May 13, 2010. Got an interesting email from a real interesting and creative person( her, blog, and name to be withheld for her privacy:

This person is a follower now and has an interest in my blogs.

She also feels that Heath is alive and somewhere, where we are just not sure of.

Man! The unique things she commented to me.

Here goes nothing!


1. the cast and crew f;ew( I take it that means Heath two,) on to Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada in the early hours of Monday, Janurary 21 st 2008. There are missing(him) hours from then til his media-reported alleged? death.


2. Actress and one-time girlfriend who had by then married someone else: Naomi Watts is reported as identifying his body. Why?


3. why was his body kept for 13 days before his alleged remains were allegedly cremeated? How regular is that?


4. His viewing/funeral had only 10-13 people attending. Not too many for an a-list actor so well liked and admired.


5. I will leave you pondering this last but very tasty tidbit: $23.Million of his lifeInsurance Policy is still unaccounted for. Where is it> Could ReliaStar still have it in their domain? Is he living under an assumed name with the 23million still unaccounted for?

being the meduim that I am I saw something was wrong in Heath's life a little bit before the report of his death came on the fox newstation I was going to settle down and watch after, The Idol show was slated to turn it over to the is it 10:00 pm or 11:00 pm hour of news.


    I was foolish because I thought I might be wrong.....

Should you always follow that instinct. for myself, it's hard to contact someone famous whom I don't know and alert them to the fact I think that they might die or be in danger....  

for the other person recieving that kind of news may just classify that as a death threat against his/her person. And I myself would'nt blame them.


No I kept it to myself except I did tell this one friend. he said he felt I could be right.

I later filed it away in the deep recesses of my mind and forgot about it.

evidence, could there have been strong against his uncle......

allright already, you are saying that Heath's uncle in all considerations of his being an alcholic, having fianicial problems and almost losing or of losing his business, but I ask of you this: why not go to his nephew Heath who would have been oh so willing to have lent him some cash or okay even granting this just given his loving uncle a hand-out.

People do make mistakes: but I still don't buy it at all. Nor did I even in the beginning.

If it were really true how multi-rich Heath Ledger had been or still is, then why would his uncle had to rob him by taking a fake life Insurance policy run the risk of going to jail for a mighty long time.....it just doesn't set well with me at all.


And then you say what about his ex-girlfriend Michele Williams, okay I don't know her either just I really don't know Heath Ledger or shall I coin it this way, I still don't know him, or do I?


And yet I ask you this: why would she? An actress in her own rights, making her Hollywood rounds of movieolas> why? I ask you why would she risk freedom to also do the same villianous thing against someone whom she once seemed to care for.


I can't say what truly went wrong for them as a couple but I also can't accuse her either when there is no backing evidence of her wrong-doing other than those alleged and numerous court battles against her light of love Heath Ledger.


I will allow you this. A few short months ago or less I emailed the FBI and asked them to see if they could reopen his case......word has not yet been stated whether they would or if it was deemed necessary, but just let me add when ever I would send a certain mystery person an email, the FBI would show either at the top of the bottom of the screen.


Very interesting, indeed.

yes, if Heath is alive and living amongst us all, working the sidewalks, drinking and smoking in the same cafes and diners we frequent, then did he have something to hide from or to get away from.

what do you think that he got out of faking his death? Notierity? Placed upon a pedestal of legendary status.
    was fame that hard for him to deal with. Or was someone murdered? And were they shot to save Heath oes Ledger's life. Was there a contract up on his life? Anything goes when you take over a million out on your life.     Insurance never pays. Did someone take  that life insurance with under his name when he didn't sign the policy. And yet how can that be. Don't you need a notary public and other proof for Insurances.but if that wasn't heath then whose body was carried out on the guerny?  Great questions. The question still is Was their good reason, of a life and death kind to fake his death? And why has actor and pal Colin Farrell disappeared all of a sudden with no word whatsoever.

way after his reported death on Janurary 22, 2008 from a a mixture of prescribed pills for numerous ills? Yea right? Then who is on myspace.com and showing pictures of Heath Ledger.

I remember going back some ways last year: maybe around the middle or end of winter and I did some investigating on I think it was: The New Yorker, or The New York Post, and after going into the obit archives I came across a notice up above his alleged date of death: Janu 22, but I could swear for a brief second the number was Jan 1, 2008.


and as I was upstairs at the time, a little later, I rushed down to print it downstairs and lo and behold it did not show up!


I am speechless at these goings-on.


Now also do some of you remember in certain magazines it stated his date of death as being in Feb something?

Now it's your guess as much as it is mine. One person.=only one date of death? Hmmm, you wonder......


and if is not him on myspace.com and facebook, etc, then who could and would be posing as him?


Wouldn't it be silly for someone else to do such a thing and then get caught. And perhaps go to prison for what posing as  dead celebrity.


I believe I've hear it all and then some!

How illegal is it to fake your death......

that is a real great question, don't you think? Can someone be put into prison for doing such a stunt?

         Unless if the said person whom faked his death, but didn't commit any crimes or wasnt wanted by the FBI or the IRS, would someone who did such a thing, at some point in time, come back into the scene AND I may be so mean as to ask would he be arrested and if so on what legal grounds would he be arrested.


or anyone else for the matter as well, is faking your own death illegal if you commited no crime?

Did Heath Ledger report his volkswagon being missing before he died?

you know it would be amazing to question the authorities of NYC Police department as to if Heath Ledger's vehicle had been reported stolen as of the newspapers reportings of that a little before he died, or alleged died, so to speak, if that vehicle of his was reported by him, what time of day it was reported, and the date of the stolen volkswagon.

        Could it have been used as his get-away car, rolling him out one late night with a lookalike to replace him the next day as was planned beforehand?


      There was also a report of that he had a lot of money missing? but was it in cash? Like greenbacks, sort. Did he report that also to the local authroities?


Then there is the downplay of that people , a lot of them had gathered at his Broome Street Loft Apartment outside his apratment house, the day before.


What thinks you they were knowledgeable of something amiss and waited to see it played out to it's end.


Then there is the YouTube vids of a phony Heath Ledger being carried out on a gurney> Hmmm, it gets stranger, it was stranger than strange.



What would have prompted Heath to have to fake his death, if not for a publicity stunt?


Only those who plotted it along with him, the mastermind of it all, above it all would know.

what we do know and are aware of is this: something is truly cooking, what we don't know as of yet and when we do we may not believe it when we hear or see it but just the same, I feel this is a turn-around and some new issues are going to added to the heathledgerisnotdeadblogspot-----heathledgerisdead,he'sgone,he'sanexjoker, let heath rest in peace.


       hmmmp, let Heath rest in peace. Only if he is at rest. Case in point; if it is true that he was creamated or statements to the fact, then his body cannot be exhumed to prove his death.


      None of us will rest in peace until we get to the bottom of this..........

okay children and everyone else, well now that I've got that off my chest, here it goes. If you like moi here has been following the heathledgerisnotdeadblogspot.com/ you will realize a lot of twists and quirks in his mysterious death or alleged death.

      1. Such as his volkswagon was stolen a little bit before his death.



      2. There was an article in The IndependentUK of an writer who posted on how to fake your own death and get away with it and the not-to-dos of if you want to be successful in this kind of plot.



    3. He made mention of dying and that he was ready, why did he have aids or some disease of which he kept us all in the dark?



  4. He had played two villians: one in Brokeback Mountain and a worser villian in The Dark Knight.

 5. Was a great publicity stunt to be talked about still into two years of his death?


 6. On this past Saturday, after a break from the numerous postings, the heathledgerisnotdead of which turned into heathledgeris dead, he's gone an exjoker, shows videos of Heath L with music.






What we all know is what is Heath thinking and what is he up to with these mind-boggingly attempts at publicity.



Has his volkswagon shown up at all or will it with any leads.


Quite so the hush hush by the NYC police department reeks of silly zaniness of the likes we have never known.

as of yet, Heath has not come clean,

Oh of course though Heath Ledger has of yet to show his face on national TV to prove he's alive and well. And that heathledgerisnotdeadblogspot is now inactive, we are all on tenterhooks as to when and where all of this will lead.

       I will also state here again I do appreciate any and all comments on or about the state of affairs of Heath Ledger.

I also found it real fishy because his costars whom were signed on to help complete the film for distribition had so very few moments unlike Heath-----Another Heath Ledger movie; vehicle intended to promote and cast him as the lead but I will tell you that this movie is real good.



     You would also think that if he truly died, wouldn't they have just scrapped the movie with grief over his passing.

Heath Ledger: alive or dead?

Janurary 16 2010. Two years almost since his death and Heath is still going strong. At least up on the silver screen. I was bound and determined to see his last movie The Imaginaruim of Dr Parnassus, directed and produced by his friend Terry Gilliam. And yet wasn't the The Dark Knight supposed to be his last film.

            Allow me to clue you in: first off Heath Ledger was in a heck of a lot of scenes, many more it seemed to me than the likelihoods of him not being able to complete that movie. The other actors seemed to have less time on screen but blended in well just the same.

Hello and welcome to the Heath Ledger journals and the updates plus other info such as magazines dated from Jan 22, 2008, the alleged date of his passing and interent sites such as the Heath Ledger is still not dead blogger site of which is now documented that the late but very great Legendary actor of the New Milleniuma has been posting on the very site in his own honor.



Now you ask me how can he be blogging since he's been dead for over a year and a half. From Heaven Above? Perhaps/ Perhaps not. There are to-be-real soon more updates, postings on aforementioned site so that should be very thrilling. Oh and don't forget the Heath Ledger google alerts and The Heath Ledger.net as well as Heathybaby.org or is it .com or.net.




But whichever you choose you'll sure to not lose. There are c ountless of them and perhaps more to come real soon.





What I do know though is the strangness about the entire circumstances surrounding his alleged mysterious death and the different dates of his alleged death, because I feel more comfortable with that word/at least for the time being.........





As for what is to come on this webblog who's to know/ Not me. and not even Heath Ledger. At least not yet.


But the suspense keeps mounting as new and numerous rumors surface.


Heath's last film The Imaginaruim of Doctor Parnassusis, give me some slack folks these are hard words to spell, at the time of this writing was seeking a market and as of now the date has been set at December 25, 2009. Check local listings please though as things may change.
