this is new and hot off the blogsphere! over a week ago I sent out a letter to the NYC Department of Mental Health and Hygiene and also a copy of Heath Ledger's online print-out of his Death Transcript of what I would have referred to as his death certificate of which they call a transcript. Of which I had asked the privilage to know if this is his authentic death transcript or death certificate.

I am still waiting to hear word from them and will keep you posted as soon as I do hear from them.
